Project Manager for Litton Enterprise Solutions activities at Fort Calhoun Station. Responsible for scope, schedule, quality and management of a budget of over 1.5 million for several projects with the utility. These projects included the detailed assessment of an Enterprise Asset Management software implementation and management of the Y2K . I was also the Project Manager at the Cooper Nuclear Station during the initial phases of their Y2K project and was a member of the LES Y2K project team at Detroit Edisonís Fermi-2 Nuclear Station.

Prior to the Y2K activities, I was the project manager for the Vendor Document Program Upgrade at Public Service Electric & Gasís (PSE&G) Salem and Hope Creek Nuclear Generating Stations.  I managed a million dollar budget while supervising a staff of seven people and acting as the primary technical contact for an intensive NRC examination of the vendor information program (VIP). Responsibilities included coordinating upgrade activities such as defining program ownership, planning and implementing corrective actions, providing procedural guidance, creating performance indicators, management of the project database and resolution of other problems related to the VIP

My operational assessment background includes assisting PSE&G in evaluations necessary to support the Salem Units Restart.  The process consisted of the PSE&G Nuclear Plant Engineering & Projectís departmental self-assessment for Salem Restart Readiness. 

I was responsible for establishing Litton Enterprises Solutionsí (formerly PRC Engineering Systems) Vendor Document Comparison Report (VDCR) program including process conception, design, marketing and proceduralization. Some of my other early experience consisted of working with Arizona Public Service (APS) management on inventory reduction, materials innovation, and intra-utility cost containment projects.  I participated in a process improvement project at Tucson Electric Power (TEP).  I also helped develop and test the software for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Stationís (PVNGS) Emergent Issues Project.

While working in the procurement engineering department, I performed engineering analysis, regulatory (10 CFR 50.59) review and approval of vendor design output documents at PVNGS.  This included reviewing vendor drawings and engineering special process procedures for conformance to design specifications and ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Requirements.  I also consolidated and revised Vendor Technical Manuals (VTMs).  Vendor interface activities were necessary to fulfill the requirements of NRC Generic Letters 83-28 and 90-03 and establishing configuration management between vendor documents and installed components to reflect site specific design. 

Proficient with a wide variety of productivity tools including: Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Windows and Macintosh Operasting Systems.  Experience includes VB, VBA, Oracle, Indus PassPort, WordPerfect, Visio, Viewstar, as well as several utility legacy work management applications
